I contacted this company as my sister had a problem with her electric cooker oven not heating up. I spoke with a genuinely helpful gentleman (Andy) who guided us through some identification and problem-solving checks based on his knowledge and experience. Although in the end Andy did not have to attend to repair anything, his communication and helpfulness to resolve the issue speak volumes for the integrity of his company, and I would certainly use it again in the future.

My oven stopped producing heat, and I called Andy, hoping to get it sorted. Andy was able to come over the next day, and thanks to an excellent diagnosis over the phone, was able to determine precisely what the issue was and fix it the same day. He also took care of something that had the potential to cause another issue further down the line. Can't fault Andy for servicing and repairing Neff top oven element and recommending replacing bottom oven fan element which was close to failing. Ten out of ten for regular updates by text and phone call, and for not accepting the original replacement element delivered damaged. You couldn't find a more honest, trustworthy and likeable man. I contacted Andy at Oven Repair Specialist when my fan oven stopped working. he quickly worked out what might be wrong with it and discussed the cost of repairing the oven. An appointment was arranged quickly, and on the day of the repair, he arrived at the arranged time with the parts required. The repair was completed in no time at all, all costs were again discussed as there was another issue with the oven which was fixed. I had a problem with the Flavel Milano 100 range cooker. I called and got Andy on the phone, Please bear in mind this was not to book a repair, it was purely for guidance and assistance. He said he'd call back at his earliest convenience, and he duly did. This guy is so switched on and knowledgeable. He talked me through each component part and how to check it (even explaining the health and safety aspects) and the problem is now solved. A pleasure to talk to and a true specialist in his field.
