First, I sent an enquiry form, and Andy got back to us within a minute, so we're off to a great start. He went through a few things that could be wrong with it, which I liked as it showed he cared. He went through the price and procedures with clarity and professionalism. He went through a few things on how to care for your oven and recommended other cleaning substances from Amazon (which we ordered immediately), which are better than the other high-street brands. He was in for 30 minutes, and the job was professionally done with absolutely no mess. So I highly recommend Andy if you need your oven fixed.
My oven stopped producing heat, and I called Andy, hoping to get it sorted. Andy was able to come over the next day, and thanks to an excellent diagnosis over the phone, was able to determine precisely what the issue was and fix it the same day. He also took care of something that had the potential to cause another issue further down the line. He was very professional and friendly, and if I ever have an issue with my oven, I'll be calling him right away. Thanks so much for coming out so quickly!

I found Andy @oven repair specialist through a Google search, submitted my query & he was in touch the next day. Asked lots of questions to make sure he had all the info & wasn't wasting time with lots of visits. We spoke through the potential problems & I was advised of the prices from a basic fault to a more serious one, he was in constant contact with updates on parts & when he would be out to complete the repair & when he did arrive done everything he said he would, kitchen was tidy and wouldn't even know he had been. A genuinely lovely experience, and will definitely use him again and have no issues passing on his details.
Our oven decided to stop working late on a Thursday night. Not wanting to spend a weekend without cooking facilities, we trawled the net looking for a repair company and were fortunate to find this local company. I called Andy on Friday morning, and he was here repairing the oven within an hour! All went exactly as he’d described it over the phone, and we were delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended (just make sure the kettle is boiling when Andy arrives)!
