I contacted Andy at Oven Repair Specialist when my fan oven stopped working. he quickly worked out what might be wrong with it and discussed the cost of repairing the oven. An appointment was arranged quickly, and on the day of the repair, he arrived at the arranged time with the parts required. The repair was completed in no time at all, all costs were again discussed as there was another issue with the oven which was fixed. I found Andy @oven repair specialist through a Google search, submitted my query & he was in touch the next day. Asked lots of questions to make sure he had all the info & wasn't wasting time with lots of visits. We spoke through the potential problems & I was advised of the prices from a basic fault to a more serious one, he was in constant contact with updates on parts & when he would be out to complete the repair & when he did arrive done everything he said he would, kitchen was tidy and wouldn't even know he had been. A genuinely lovely experience, and will definitely use him again and have no issues passing on his details.

Had a problem when turning the grill on, and the quick flash & breaker/fuse went. When the breaker was switched back, the oven/ grill was not working, and the LED flashed on the auto & timer. No functions are working. Called this company & Andy guided me through the reset of the oven & the test of the immediate fix. I had a problem with the Flavel Milano 100 range cooker. I called and got Andy on the phone, Please bear in mind this was not to book a repair, it was purely for guidance and assistance. He said he'd call back at his earliest convenience, and he duly did. This guy is so switched on and knowledgeable. Amazing service. Was really impressed by Andy's professionalism. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what was wrong with the oven when I first called him, giving me an idea of the cost.
