I contacted this company as my sister had a problem with her electric cooker oven not heating up. I spoke with a genuinely helpful gentleman (Andy) who guided us through some identification and problem-solving checks based on his knowledge and experience. Although in the end Andy did not have to attend to repair anything, his communication and helpfulness to resolve the issue speak volumes for the integrity of his company, and I would certainly use it again in the future.
Can't fault Andy for servicing and repairing Neff top oven element and recommending replacing bottom oven fan element which was close to failing. Ten out of ten for regular updates by text and phone call, and for not accepting the original replacement element delivered damaged. You couldn't find a more honest, trustworthy and likeable man. He worked speedily and efficiently helped by a cup of tea. I would recommend him to anyone. A credit to the Oven Repair Specialist. Thank you so much.
I had a problem with the Flavel Milano 100 range cooker. I called and got Andy on the phone, Please bear in mind this was not to book a repair, it was purely for guidance and assistance. He said he'd call back at his earliest convenience, and he duly did. This guy is so switched on and knowledgeable. He talked me through each component part and how to check it (even explaining the health and safety aspects) and the problem is now solved. A pleasure to talk to and a true specialist in his field. Amazing service. Was really impressed by Andy's professionalism. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what was wrong with the oven when I first called him, giving me an idea of the cost. When he came the following day, at the time he said he would, he was able to fix it in 1 hour. I would def use his company again and recommend him!
Andy is polite, courteous and responds quickly to your query. He is happy to thoroughly explain the possible issues, provide a quote and not only repair but also ensure you know exactly how your oven should be working. He is very clear before committing to a house call what he thinks could be happening, what his suggested solution would be, how much this would cost (all very reasonable prices!) and will always honestly advise you whether it's worth repairing or replacing your oven. 10/10 would recommend.
I found Andy @oven repair specialist through a Google search, submitted my query & he was in touch the next day. Asked lots of questions to make sure he had all the info & wasn't wasting time with lots of visits. We spoke through the potential problems & I was advised of the prices from a basic fault to a more serious one, he was in constant contact with updates on parts & when he would be out to complete the repair & when he did arrive done everything he said he would, kitchen was tidy and wouldn't even know he had been. A genuinely lovely experience, and will definitely use him again and have no issues passing on his details.
