Our oven decided to stop working late on a Thursday night. Not wanting to spend a weekend without cooking facilities, we trawled the net looking for a repair company and were fortunate to find this local company. I called Andy on Friday morning, and he was here repairing the oven within an hour! All went exactly as he’d described it over the phone, and we were delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended (just make sure the kettle is boiling when Andy arrives)!
Andy is polite, courteous and responds quickly to your query. He is happy to thoroughly explain the possible issues, provide a quote and not only repair but also ensure you know exactly how your oven should be working. He is very clear before committing to a house call what he thinks could be happening, what his suggested solution would be, how much this would cost (all very reasonable prices!) and will always honestly advise you whether it's worth repairing or replacing your oven. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a problem when turning the grill on, and the quick flash & breaker/fuse went. When the breaker was switched back, the oven/ grill was not working, and the LED flashed on the auto & timer. No functions are working. Called this company & Andy guided me through the reset of the oven & the test of the immediate fix. What an excellent service Oven Repair Specialist provides. I completed a form online on Wednesday. Andy called me on Thursday and arranged to come out on Monday. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily to me. The actual repair was completed in just over half an hour and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them if you need oven repair.
