I contacted this company as my sister had a problem with her electric cooker oven not heating up. I spoke with a genuinely helpful gentleman (Andy) who guided us through some identification and problem-solving checks based on his knowledge and experience. Although in the end Andy did not have to attend to repair anything, his communication and helpfulness to resolve the issue speak volumes for the integrity of his company, and I would certainly use it again in the future.
What an excellent service Oven Repair Specialist provides. I completed a form online on Wednesday. Andy called me on Thursday and arranged to come out on Monday. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily to me. The actual repair was completed in just over half an hour and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them if you need oven repair.
Andy was our service engineer. He was first class from start to finish. Up front with possible costs for each scenario. Arrangements made and adhered to. I had a problem with the Flavel Milano 100 range cooker. I called and got Andy on the phone, Please bear in mind this was not to book a repair, it was purely for guidance and assistance. He said he'd call back at his earliest convenience, and he duly did. This guy is so switched on and knowledgeable. He talked me through each component part and how to check it (even explaining the health and safety aspects) and the problem is now solved. A pleasure to talk to and a true specialist in his field. Our oven decided to stop working late on a Thursday night. Not wanting to spend a weekend without cooking facilities, we trawled the net looking for a repair company and were fortunate to find this local company. I called Andy on Friday morning, and he was here repairing the oven within an hour! All went exactly as he’d described it over the phone, and we were delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended (just make sure the kettle is boiling when Andy arrives)!
Amazing service. Was really impressed by Andy's professionalism. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what was wrong with the oven when I first called him, giving me an idea of the cost. When he came the following day, at the time he said he would, he was able to fix it in 1 hour. I would def use his company again and recommend him!
