What an excellent service Oven Repair Specialist provides. I completed a form online on Wednesday. Andy called me on Thursday and arranged to come out on Monday. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily to me. The actual repair was completed in just over half an hour and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them if you need oven repair.
I had a brilliant experience with Andy and would wholeheartedly recommend him. When our electric oven and hub broke down within a matter of days, I read the Google reviews and decided to contact an Oven Repair Specialist. I’m very glad I did. Andy repaired them both, and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
Amazing service. Was really impressed by Andy's professionalism. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what was wrong with the oven when I first called him, giving me an idea of the cost. When he came the following day, at the time he said he would, he was able to fix it in 1 hour. I would def use his company again and recommend him!
Andy is polite, courteous and responds quickly to your query. He is happy to thoroughly explain the possible issues, provide a quote and not only repair but also ensure you know exactly how your oven should be working. He is very clear before committing to a house call what he thinks could be happening, what his suggested solution would be, how much this would cost (all very reasonable prices!) and will always honestly advise you whether it's worth repairing or replacing your oven. 10/10 would recommend.
I contacted this company as my sister had a problem with her electric cooker oven not heating up. I spoke with a genuinely helpful gentleman (Andy) who guided us through some identification and problem-solving checks based on his knowledge and experience. Although in the end Andy did not have to attend to repair anything, his communication and helpfulness to resolve the issue speak volumes for the integrity of his company, and I would certainly use it again in the future.
I contacted Andy at Oven Repair Specialist when my fan oven stopped working. he quickly worked out what might be wrong with it and discussed the cost of repairing the oven. An appointment was arranged quickly, and on the day of the repair, he arrived at the arranged time with the parts required. The repair was completed in no time at all, all costs were again discussed as there was another issue with the oven which was fixed. Andy was professional and friendly, and I would definitely call him again if we had any issues in the future. Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism.
