My oven stopped producing heat, and I called Andy, hoping to get it sorted. Andy was able to come over the next day, and thanks to an excellent diagnosis over the phone, was able to determine precisely what the issue was and fix it the same day. He also took care of something that had the potential to cause another issue further down the line. First, I sent an enquiry form, and Andy got back to us within a minute, so we're off to a great start. He went through a few things that could be wrong with it, which I liked as it showed he cared. He went through the price and procedures with clarity and professionalism. He went through a few things on how to care for your oven and recommended other cleaning substances from Amazon (which we ordered immediately), which are better than the other high-street brands. He was in for 30 minutes, and the job was professionally done with absolutely no mess. So I highly recommend Andy if you need your oven fixed.
I contacted Andy at Oven Repair Specialist when my fan oven stopped working. he quickly worked out what might be wrong with it and discussed the cost of repairing the oven. An appointment was arranged quickly, and on the day of the repair, he arrived at the arranged time with the parts required. The repair was completed in no time at all, all costs were again discussed as there was another issue with the oven which was fixed. Amazing service. Was really impressed by Andy's professionalism. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what was wrong with the oven when I first called him, giving me an idea of the cost. When he came the following day, at the time he said he would, he was able to fix it in 1 hour. I would def use his company again and recommend him!
