What an excellent service Oven Repair Specialist provides. I completed a form online on Wednesday. Andy called me on Thursday and arranged to come out on Monday. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily to me. The actual repair was completed in just over half an hour and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them if you need oven repair.
Amazing service. Was really impressed by Andy's professionalism. He took the time to ask me a few questions about what was wrong with the oven when I first called him, giving me an idea of the cost. When he came the following day, at the time he said he would, he was able to fix it in 1 hour. I would def use his company again and recommend him!
I had a problem with the Flavel Milano 100 range cooker. I called and got Andy on the phone, Please bear in mind this was not to book a repair, it was purely for guidance and assistance. He said he'd call back at his earliest convenience, and he duly did. This guy is so switched on and knowledgeable. My oven stopped producing heat, and I called Andy, hoping to get it sorted. Andy was able to come over the next day, and thanks to an excellent diagnosis over the phone, was able to determine precisely what the issue was and fix it the same day. He also took care of something that had the potential to cause another issue further down the line. He was very professional and friendly, and if I ever have an issue with my oven, I'll be calling him right away. Thanks so much for coming out so quickly!
Can't fault Andy for servicing and repairing Neff top oven element and recommending replacing bottom oven fan element which was close to failing. Ten out of ten for regular updates by text and phone call, and for not accepting the original replacement element delivered damaged. You couldn't find a more honest, trustworthy and likeable man. He worked speedily and efficiently helped by a cup of tea. I would recommend him to anyone. A credit to the Oven Repair Specialist. Thank you so much.
