I found Andy @oven repair specialist through a Google search, submitted my query & he was in touch the next day. Asked lots of questions to make sure he had all the info & wasn't wasting time with lots of visits. We spoke through the potential problems & I was advised of the prices from a basic fault to a more serious one, he was in constant contact with updates on parts & when he would be out to complete the repair & when he did arrive done everything he said he would, kitchen was tidy and wouldn't even know he had been.
