He is happy to thoroughly explain the possible issues, provide a quote and not only repair but also ensure you know exactly how your oven should be working. He is very clear before committing to a house call what he thinks could be happening, what his suggested solution would be, how much this would cost (all very reasonable prices!) and will always honestly advise you whether it's worth repairing or replacing your oven. 10/10 would recommend.
